I was introduced to Kraftwerks accidently thru a 1984 film 'Breakdance: The Movie' (in our parts, aka 'Breakin') where Turbo dances to Kraftwerk's "Tour De France". Claude Van Damme and Chris Rock appeared uncredited as dances and Ice-T makes his movie debut.
They have been around since the 70's, German of course and is the godfather to elctro, techno pop. Some examples of they work;
